Larry Dashiell

CEO

Larry Dashiell has three great boys Evan, Joel and Drew and a beautiful wife Jade. He started learning the electrical field at the ripe old age of 10. He was the shop person for his dad, who founded the company in 1968. He took over company operation in 1986. He is a true entrepreneur, having added two additional divisions to the company; Summit Electrical Service and Summit Electronic Systems.

Larry is very active in different industries, serving on many Boards in order to keep up on new directions and to help others in the industry. He is also one of the founders of Redwood Empire Independent Electrical Contractor's Association, which allows for professional training of electricians in our area.

Keith Hitman

President

Keith began his career at Summit Electric in early 2007 as our Purchasing & Warehouse Manager. He was quickly promoted to Project Manager. And in May, 2011 he took the office of President. His sunny disposition, "can do" attitude and attention to detail make him a natural fit for our culture here at Summit Electric. He looks forward to his continued growth with and for our company. Keith recently purchased a home in Santa Rosa and with his wife, Bethany, welcomed a baby boy, Jordan Parker - J.P! In his off time, he enjoys fishing, keeping fit and watching football and baseball..

Beverly Schaap

Payroll Manager

Beverly has over thirty years of accounting experience with expertise in all areas of business accounting. She enjoys the challenge of working with numbers, especially when they add up correctly! Beverly joined Summit in 2000 and we all depend on her quite a bit. She knows the company inside and out and we are grateful that she has chosen to stay with us through the years. Beverly has 4 grown children, 3 sons-in-law and 5 grandkids, whom she enjoys spending time with. Beverly loves to read and garden, she has shown plants and flowers in many different fairs and competitions. She also loves to travel and do “crazy things like indoor skydiving" while on vacation. She is well on her way to having seen all 50 states!

Kenny Cotton

SEIS Division Manager

Kenny has been involved in the audio/video, telecommunications and satellite industries for over 13 years. Kenny has broad knowledge in satellite TV installation, and all aspects of distributed audio and video as well as voice and data. Kenny joined the Summit team during the acquisition of Audio Video Showroom in 2006. Kenny worked as an installer, programmer, estimator and project manager. He is a CEDIA Certified Professional Installer. He has excellent customer service skills and enjoys interacting with clients, designing and building systems taylored to the specific needs of each client. Kenny recently purchased a home in Rincon Valley with his Fiancee, Stephanie. They have a four year old daughter, Kelsey who lights up when he enters the room! They also have two cats. In his free time Kenny enjoys camping, boating and spending time with his family. He has recently started mountain biking.
